Welcome to the best Friday..since last January.

Sometime tomorrow, some of us will be homegating with others en route to Atlanta to see Georgia take the field for the first time since Kelee Ringo’s pick six.

Did you hear that Bama had receivers hurt?

As we close in on Saturday, here’s a trip through Dawg Bites.

While it’s unfortunate that The Trade School was also along, The University of Georgia was front and center for the ringing of the NYSE Closing Bell on Thursday.

Comparison can be a dangerous line to walk. This fan base has been lampooned at times for branding a freshman back as “The best since Herschel!” At least in terms of a player who could flip a switch when he wanted, the closest was Todd Gurley - see the 2014 Auburn kickoff return.

For Kenny McIntosh, there are comparisons to D’Andre Swift, accolades that he embraces.

What’s to expect this season, anyway? The Red & Black has a game-by-game look

Good news if you are wary of the atrocious things that Georgia wore in Atlanta at Boise State. This time - the uniform could not be more simple.

Need some run-through-the-wall material?

Did we mention that it’s Friday? I feel bad for the youngsters who didn’t experience 96 Rock at 5 pm....

Go Dawgs!
