Georgia Overview
Georgia looked every bit the #1 team in the country as they defeated South Carolina 48-7 in Columbia. The Dawgs welcome Kent State to Athens this weekend.
Georgia remains the number one team in the land after picking up 59 of 63 potential first place votes.
Movers
Fell Out: #11 Michigan State
Newcomers: #18 Washington
Overrated
#5 Clemson. The Tigers just are doing what they’re suppose to do and are winning games. However, Oklahoma and USC both look more impressive and should be ranked higher than Clemson.
Underrated
Kansas. Rank the damn Jayhawks, Associated Press! Kansas is off to a 3-0 start under early Coach of the Year favorite Lance Leipold. They take on fellow 3-0 team Duke this weekend. No idea why Gameday isn’t at the battle of undefeated Kansas and undefeated Duke.
This Week’s Top 25 Matchups
#5 Clemson at #21 Wake Forest
#20 Florida at #11 Tennessee
#10 Arkansas at #23 Texas A&M
Upset Alert
Texas Tech is a four-point underdog at home against Texas. The Longhorns aren’t going to go into Lubbock and get the win. I’m taking the Red Raiders to win outright.
GO DAWGS!!!
