Georgia picked up some speed in its 2024 signing class on Tuesday with the commitment of four-star receiver Ny Carr, currently rated tenth overall receiver in the 2024 class by 247 Sports with Rivals.com placing him fifth.
I would like to let the world know im committed to the University of Georgia!. go dawgs @KirbySmartUGA @CoachBmac_

Carr, plays for Colquitt County, so playing in an offense that spreads the field should make him no stranger to what Georgia currently tries to do offensively. Playing in one of the most competitive regions in the state in its largest classification can’t hurt, either.
There’s a big picture to this signing, too.
His teammate in Moultrie, teammate Landen Thomas, ranked as the nation’s top tight end is also coveted highly by Georgia.
Carr’s commitment also comes on the heels of a handful of decomitts that in all honesty are the norm on the current recruiting landscape.
Cornerback Daniel Harris, for example, has recently decommited with a handful of other targets opt to go elsewhere.
