See, the thing with real estate is that it’s all about location, location, location. And there just aren’t many locations like the Classic City.
It’s good to be back home near family. #AthensGa pic.twitter.com/WkoiZn6sz4

Every man who has coached the Georgia Bulldog football team in the past 57 years, even the ones who were dismissed from the job, now resides in Athens. That’s not a coincidence. It is a Bulldog point of pride.
Mark Richt taking up residence in Athens is also a good indication that this is indeed Kirby Smart’s football program. I’m not sure Coach Richt will be hanging around the football offices. But as we enter the sixth year of the Smart era it’s safe to say that not many eyebrows would be raised if he did stop by.
And, admit it, it would be sort of fun to watch him celebrate a national title in Athens, too.
Welcome home, Coach. And...
Go ‘Dawgs!!!
