Second Half Open Thread

NCAA Football: Kentucky at Georgia Dale Zanine-USA TODAY Sports

The Wildcats continue to make enough plays to hang around in Athens, and the Bulldog offense has been explosive if not efficient. Add all that up and you get a 14-7 game that’s at times seemed both as close as the scoreboard implies and less so than it perhaps should have been.

Stetson Bennett is a less-than-stellar 5 of 10 passing for 76 yards, in part due to a Kentucky defense that’s played solid coverage.

The flipside is that the ‘Dawgs have had success on the ground, with Bennett, Zeus White, and Kendall Milton all picking up big chunk plays on the ground.

I’d look for the ‘Dawgs to continue to work the ground game against a depleted Wildcat front seven when they get the ball to open the second half.

Go ‘Dawgs!!!
