So what do you get with the relentless recruiting and penchant for developing defensive backs from both Kirby Smart and Charlton Warren?
For Georgia, it’s another big-time verbal commit.
The Dawgs raked in another one this week with Marquis Groves-Killebrew, a rising junior out of Grayson (Snellville, Ga) giving his verbal pledge.
Standing at 6-foot and 180 pounds, he had his pick of most any power conference school and chose Georgia.
According to Rivals.com, he picked Georgia over the likes of LSU. Florida and Ohio State.
His stock probably got helped quite a bit last year when he locked down Marietta’s Arik Gilbert. Throw in playing in Georgia’s highest classification, and going up against four and five stars each day in practice should not be much of a culture shock.
