The strangest college football season of our lifetimes continues to get stranger. We already have multiple cancellations this weekend, including a ranked matchup between Cincinnati and Tulsa, the battle between Jimbo and Jughead in College Station, and the Ohio State/Michigan game. Who knows what the B1G will do about that last one... gotta keep their golden goose happy I suppose. But I don’t make a habit of giving more than a moment to thinking about BIG 10 football in general, so I’ll just have to resume not caring. There will almost certainly be additional cancellations as the week goes on. I’ll try to keep the schedule as updated as possible and will certainly have everything locked in correctly by the first kickoff on Saturday. Until then, take a gander at what we’ve got lined up (pre-cancellation, of course):

And now for my viewing suggestions for each time slot:
THURSDAY
Florida Atlantic Owls @ Southern Miss Golden Eagles, CBSSN - 6:30 pm
I don’t exactly care about this game, but it’s your only option. “But what about Pitt and Georgia Tech?” I hear you asking. Well, sadly we’ve reached the point at which the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets can’t even get a nationally-televised game on a Thursday night in the middle of a pandemic where other games are getting cancelled left and right. More power to you if you want to hit up the regional stations or apps. #404TheCulture
FRIDAY
GAME MOVED TO SATURDAY AT NOON
Utah Utes @ #21 Colorado Buffaloes, FS1 - 9:30 pm
PAC-12 After Dark on a Friday with a ranked team? Yes, please.
SATURDAY NOON
#9 Georgia Bulldogs @ #25 Missouri Tigers, SECNetwork - 12:00 pm
This game certainly looks a lot more interesting than it did when it was originally scheduled to occur. Hopefully, the Dawgs will come in to Columbia rested and ready.
SATURDAY AFTERNOON
#17 UNC Tarheels @ #10 Miami Hurricanes, ABC - 3:30 pm
Miami has managed to hang around in the top 10 much longer than I anticipated. Maybe they really are ready to consistently be back in the mix year in and year out. I hope so, I enjoy college football when Miami is decent... and I enjoy it when they pilfer recruits from the Gators. They finish out the season by hosting Georgia Tech, so UNC is, in all likelihood, the last challenge they face in 2020.
SATURDAY EVENING
LSU Tigers @ #6 Florida Gators, ESPN - 7:00 pm
I just have a feeling about this one. I don’t know why... maybe it’s just blind hatred, but I think the Tigers may have something brewing. If I’m wrong, I expect you all to extend me the same courtesy Herbie and Desmond require and just pretend like I never said it.
SATURDAY LATE
Choose your own PAC-12 also-ran.
That’s all for now, folks.
Stay safe and healthy. Until later...
GOOOO DAWGS!!!
