Good Morning Bulldog Nation! Welcome to Bowl Week Tuesday!
This week we will see the final game for the 2020 Georgia Bulldogs and that fact makes me sad. After Friday we begin the off season that will last for 245 days beginning where this season will end, in Atlanta facing Clemson on September 4th (barring unforeseen circumstances of course.)
Here’s hoping for an injury, scandal & pandemic free off-season that brings a return to normal.
JT Daniels is #1 on DawgNation’s list of Bulldogs with the most to gain from the Peach Bowl.
Dan Lanning provides some insight into how CKS & company look at recruiting over at 247sports.
As expected, Erik Stokes Jr. is declaring for the draft. He shared a parting message. Twitter rumors suggest Richard LeCounte was practicing today. (I’ve got all my digits crossed hoping we’ll see him on the field creating havoc on Friday.)
Also from the Twitterverse: Brock Vandergriff has been playing with a torn PCL since week 6 & will undergo surgery this week.
Seth Emerson provides a deep look into the future of the Georgia Defense over at The Athletic (pay site.)
The Men’s basketball team is off to it’s best start in almost 20 years. I don’t know what to do with this information, but it fells very strange.
Lastly, retired Ohio State/Florida Corch Urban Meyers is reportedly considering coming out of retirement again.
That’s all the news I have for you, so y’all mind your manners, and play pretty…
Happy New Year Y’all!
GO DAWGS!!! BEAT CINCINATTI!!!
