Your Week 14 College Football TV Schedule

Life comes at you fast...

NCAA Football: Georgia at South Carolina Jeff Blake-USA TODAY Sports

Let’s cut to the chase. There are a lot of college football games scheduled for this weekend. Many of them won’t be played. In fact, we already have five previously scheduled games that have either be postponed or cancelled. That number is going to grow. Will they be games you care about? Who knows. Such is life in this cesspool of a timeline we find ourselves in. As always, I promise to keep the schedule as up to date as I can throughout the week, but these changes are coming at us faster than a highly contagious virus that a large portion of the population still doesn’t seem to think is much of a problem. I’ll definitely have the schedule changes locked in by Saturday’s first kickoff. Alright... whew... let’s go:

And now for my viewing suggestions for each time slot:

THURSDAY

Air Force Falcons @ Utah State Aggies, CBSSN - 9:30 pm

As usual, when you have no other vested interests, always go with the service academy games.

FRIDAY

#25 Louisiana-Lafayette Ragin’ Cajuns @ Appalachian State Mountaineers, ESPN - 8:30 pm

This game will determine the runner up in the Sun Belt. What better way to spend your Friday night!

SATURDAY NOON

#5 Texas A&M Aggies @ Auburn Tigers, ESPN - 12:00 pm

This is really a no lose situation for Dawg fans. If the Tigers win, Georgia moves up in the rankings. If the Aggies win (and they should, but... you know... Jimbo...), Auburn will fall to 5-4 and go into next week looking to defeat the Dread Pirate Leach to stay above .500.

SATURDAY AFTERNOON

*POSTPONED UNTIL DECEMBER 19*

Vanderbilt Commodores @ #8 Georgia Bulldogs, SECNetwork - 4:00 pm

Will Georgia pass for hundreds of yards? Run for hundreds of yards? Find some semblance of balance between the two for hundreds of yards? Against the hapless (and winless) Commodores, anything is possible.

SATURDAY EVENING

#1 Alabama Crimson Tide @ LSU Tigers, CBS - 8:00 pm

Look... it isn’t going to happen. But wouldn’t it be great if Bama went into Baton Rouge and ran into a voodoo-fueled LSU squad that doesn’t realize they’ve only won three games all season?

SATURDAY LATE

UCLA Bruins @ Arizona State Sun Devils, FS1 - 10:30 pm

We’ll take the PAC-12 After Dark special with the closer line here.

That’s all for now, folks.

Stay safe and healthy. Until later...

GOOOO DAWGS!!!
