Georgia-Mizzou Postponed Due to COVID19

There will be no Georgia football this weekend, everyone:

That Tweet pretty much summarizes everything you need to know.

Here is the official statement from The University of Missouri:

The November 14 Georgia at Missouri football game has been postponed due to combination of positive tests, contact tracing and subsequent quarantining of individuals within one position group of the Tigers’ football program, consistent with Southeastern Conference COVID-19 management requirements.

The decision of whether or not to watch The Masters on Saturday has become settled in a most unfortunate way. A re-scheduling date is pending and this situation could become increasingly complicated:

Georgia’s November 21 game against Mississippi State, scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET on The SEC Network, is also in jeopardy seeing as how the Bulldogs from the SEC West are currently dealing with some COVID-19 issues. Mike Leach’s team is being impacted by the virus in addition to multiple opt outs since the season starter. - Jake Rowe,
