Your University of Georgia Bulldogs carded their second win of the 2019 – 2020 season last night, christening Dooley Field in victory.

It is our intention to celebrate Georgia Bulldog Football Wins whenever and wherever they occur. The ugliness of any particular win is irrelevant for the purposes of the Winning Smart Victory Post.

It is therefore my deepest honor and privilege to bring to you this week’s edition of: The Winning Smart Victory Post.

Coach Kirby Smart currently boasts a 34-10 record and a 0.7727 winning percentage, having carded his thirty-fourth win overall over the Murray State Racers.

At the identical juncture in their careers:

Vince Dooley’s 44th game as head coach resulted in a Georgia Bulldog tie with the Tennessee Volunteers to begin the 1968 season. Giving Coach Dooley a record of 30-12-2 and 0.7045 percentage.

Coach Mark Richt was 36-8 (0.8182) after beating LSU in his third season as head coach.

Forty-four games into his head coaching career Kirby Smart is two games behind Coach Mark Richt and ahead of Coach Vince Dooley by 3 games. As of now, he is holding his own versus the two winningest coaches in Georgia Football History.

As always . . .

Go ‘Dawgs!!!
