So far both teams appear to be settling in after a first quarter that featured some penalties, botched snaps, a poor punt and one heck of a light show.
The Bulldog offense hasn’t really gotten on track, and I’m a little puzzled at the decision to throw the ball on seven of eleven snaps. But I presume James Coley has a plan there. The defense needs mostly to tackle tight end Cole Kmet and keep forcing the Irish into third and long. There’s a ways to go in this one. Y’all buckle up.
Go ‘Dawgs!!!
