It’s a big weekend here in Dawg Nation, what with the Notre Dame Fighting Irish coming to town to take on your beloved Georgia Bulldogs. Heck, it’s a big weekend in lots of places, with a number of ranked-on-ranked matchups to really start kicking off your college football season (in Week 4... stupid cupcakes). At any rate, there is a ton of action in store for you, so let’s get this started:

Your Week 4 College Football TV Schedule >>>>> CLICK HERE!!!!!

Now on to the picks of your most interesting viewing options in each time slot...

Thursday

Houston Cougars @ Tulane Green Wave, 8 p.m., ESPN

On the one hand, it’s the only nationally-televised game. On the other, it’s not like you had anything else going on, right?

Friday

#10 Utah Utes @ USC Trojans, 9 p.m., FS1

WOOOOOO, BOY! Pac-12 After Dark action on a Friday night, baby! I haven’t seen much out of USC that leads me to believe that they can pull the upset. Then again, I haven’t seen Utah at all. Time to rectify that.

Noon

#11 Michigan Wolverines @ #13 Wisconsin Badgers, 12 p.m., FOX

Though I loathe the idea of watching B1G football, the potential for a Jim Harbaugh hissy fit is just too great here. Time for the Wolverines to take the fall they should have taken at the hands of the superior Black Knights.

Afternoon

#8 Auburn Tigers @ #17 Texas A&M Aggies, 3:30 p.m., CBS

I have absolutely no idea what to expect from this game (mostly because I have no idea how good Oregon is... and the poll voters don’t either). At any rate, it will be nice to enjoy a CBS/SEC broadcast without the inane drivel of Gary Danielson... even if I know I’m about to be subjected to it only a few short hours later.

Evening

#7 Notre Dame Fighting Irish @ #3 Georgia Bulldogs, 8 p.m., CBS

Like you even had to ask.

Late Night

UCLA Bruins @ #19 Washington Huskies, 10:30 p.m., ESPN

Come for the Pac-12 After Dark. Stay for the spectacular collapse of Chip Kelly.

That’s all for this week, folks. Until next time...

GOOOO DAWGS!!!
