With Matt Luke officially on board as the new UGA Offensive Line coach, and most of the Bulldogs’ staff on the road recruiting, it’s a bit slow on the news front. However, that doesn’t mean there’s not some things to discuss.

First off, DawgNation reached out to some of Georgia’s Offensive Line recruits to get their thoughts on Luke.

The prize of those 2020 recruits in the trenches is 5-Star OT Broderick Jones. Prior to the PIttman news, Jones was a lock to sign with Georgia in December. Unfortunately, he seems to have changed his stance some. Though sources close to Jones still say that he’s “75 percent” on the Dawgs, the loss of Pittman appears to have put Auburn back in the equation. As of now, Jones might not sign at all next week.

Lastly, there’s another rumor in the mill that’s sure to bring about plenty of discussion...

It appears that James Coley, he among those still gainfully employed by the state of Georgia, has started following Utah State’s Jordan Love and Houston’s D’Eriq King on Twitter. Love and King followed Coley back. As of now, this can only be seen as mild flirting, but it does make a Dawg fan curious. Is Georgia in the market for a transfer quarterback? Are they only in that market if Jake Fromm leaves early for the NFL Draft? Do Kirby and Coley know something about Fromm that the public doesn’t? Time will tell, but this could be an interesting development over the offseason.
