NFL Dawgs Update

Thanks Boss, Sony & Isaiah. We still have to care about New England

Sunday’s still beat watching as it’s always great to see how our NFL Dawgs are faring.

Of those, Nick Chubb continues to have a big year. His 106 yards and a touchdown Sunday for Cleveland rank him second in the league with 1,117 rushing yards. In that win over Miami, John Jenkins also had seven tackles for the Dolphins.

Roquan Smith had four tackles, one for a loss while Leonard Floyd had a tackle for the Bears in a win against the Giants. NYG had two tackles and an interception from Alec Ogletree, four tackles from Lorenzo Carter and a tackle for a loss by Deandre Baker.

The Titans had a big offensive day, rolling up 471 yards against Jacksonville. Ben Jones helped anchor that effort from center. For the Jaguars, Chris Conley had four catches for 49 yards and Abry Jones had two tackles and recovered a fumble.

The Patriots, with Sony Michel rushing for 85 yards and Isaiah Wynn starting for the first time since week 2, topped the Cowboys 13-9. Funny how it works when Sony runs behind Isaiah Wynn...

John Atkins had two tackles and Isaac Nauta saw his first game action for Detroit as it fell to Washington.

Isiah McKenzie is still a major part of a success season for the Bills that has them on the brink of the postseason. He had two catches for 13 yards in a win over Denver.

Helped by Jordan Jenkins’ four tackles, the Jets routed the Raiders.

The Colts came up short to the Texans, even though Justin Houston had five tackles and one for a loss.

The Bengals lost to the Steelers, but Shawn Williams was among the bright spots with an interception, the three tackles of Geno Atkins and Cordy Glenn seeing his first start of the year at tackle.

Let’s just say it has not been a good offensive year for the Rams and Todd Gurey has suffered as a result. He was held to 22 yards against the Ravens. Even still, he is sixth in the NFL with seven rushing TDs,

Go Dawgs!
