Your University of Georgia Bulldogs carded their tenth win of the 2019 – 2020 season last night. The Classic City Canines took a 3 – 0 lead about halfway through the first quarter and never relinquished it.

It is our intention to celebrate Georgia Bulldog Football Wins whenever and wherever they occur. The ugliness of any particular win is irrelevant for the purposes of the Winning Smart Victory Post.

It is therefore my deepest honor and privilege to bring to you this week’s edition of: The Winning Smart Victory Post.

Coach Kirby Smart coached his 53rd game tonight for the Red & Black. He currently boasts a 42-11 record and a 0.7925 winning percentage, having carded his forty-second win overall over the Texas A&M Aggies.

At the identical juncture in their careers:

Vince Dooley’s 53rd game as head coach resulted in a Georgia Bulldog win over the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets in the 1968 season. Giving Coach Dooley a record of 38-12-3 and 0.7453 percentage.

Coach Mark Richt was 43-10 (0.8113) after beating Boise State to start 2005, his 5th season as head coach.

Fifty three games into his head coaching career Kirby Smart is one game behind Coach Mark Richt and ahead of Coach Vince Dooley by 2 ½ games. As of now, he is holding his own versus the two winningest coaches in Georgia Football History.

As always . . .

Go ‘Dawgs !!! Beat Tech!
