Your University of Georgia Bulldogs carded their sixth win of the 2019 – 2020 season last night. The Classic City Canines braved the weather of Nestor to shut out the Kentucky Wildcats in a wet and miserable 60 minutes of play.

It is our intention to celebrate Georgia Bulldog Football Wins whenever and wherever they occur. The ugliness of any particular win is irrelevant for the purposes of the Winning Smart Victory Post.

It is therefore my deepest honor and privilege to bring to you this week’s edition of: The Winning Smart Victory Post.

Coach Kirby Smart currently boasts a 38-11 record and a 0.7755 winning percentage, having carded his thirty-eighth win overall over the Kentucky Wildcats.

At the identical juncture in their careers:

Vince Dooley’s 49th game as head coach resulted in a Georgia Bulldog win over the Kentucky Wildcats early in the 1968 season. Giving Coach Dooley a record of 35-12-2 and 0.7347 percentage.

Coach Mark Richt was 40-9 (0.8163) after beating the Kentucky Wildcats in his fourth season as head coach.

Forty-nine games into his head coaching career Kirby Smart is two games behind Coach Mark Richt and ahead of Coach Vince Dooley by 2 games. As of now, he is holding his own versus the two winningest coaches in Georgia Football History.

As always . . .

Go ‘Dawgs !!!
