Georgia Overview

The Dawgs, though ugly at times, got the job done against the Volunteers, defeating Tennessee 38-12 to remain number two in the AP Poll. Justin Fields rushed for two touchdowns and the ground attack committee did its job once again.

Georgia welcomes Vanderbilt to Athens this Saturday night for Homecoming.

Movers

Fell Out: #20 BYU, #22 Duke, #23 Mississippi State, #24 Cal, #25 Texas Tech

Newcomers: #21 Colorado, #22 Florida, #23 NC State, #24 Virginia Tech, #25 Oklahoma State

Overrated

#12 UCF. Central Florida was a great story last year, and they are off to another great start this season. However, you can’t tell me only eleven teams in the nation are better than them. Their schedule, though, makes for a shot at another undefeated season.

Underrated

#22 Florida. After they lost to Kentucky, everyone wrote Florida off. Well, Kentucky is a good football team and Florida has bounced back nicely. We’ll see how they fair this weekend against LSU.

#5 LSU at #22 Florida

#6 Notre Dame at #24 Virginia Tech

Upset Alert

Last week I was incorrect once again picking Stanford over Notre Dame.

This week, I’m taking Kentucky to knock off Texas A&M (A&M is favored by 5 ½).
