Well, Week 2 sure was fun, huh?

And Week 3 looks to be another great one. Sure Kirby and the boys will be heading down to the bakery and snatching up some fresh cupcakes, but the action around the country is solid. Get up, watch some nationally-relevant games, check out the Dawgs and the Blue Bombers or whatever, and then back to more non-Georgia football. And we get legit PAC-12 After Dark this week!!!

Thursday

Boston College Eagles @ Wake Forest Demon Deacons, 7:30 p.m., ESPN

I doubt this will be particularly interesting. That said, it’s your only option and there are worse ways to spend a Thursday night than sub-par ACC football.

Friday

Georgia State Panthers @ Memphis Tigers, 7:00 p.m., ESPN

Once again, you have no other option. At least this one has potential local interest?

Saturday Noon

#21 Miami Hurricanes @ Toledo Rockets, 12:00 p.m., ESPN2

Ok, hear me out. The noon slate kind of stinks this week. And Toledo were MAC champs last year. And they scored 30 points on Miami last year. And they scored 66 points last week. And Miami has not looked so hot. And the game is in Toledo. I’m not sayin’. I’m just sayin’.

Saturday Afternoon

#12 LSU Tigers @ #7 Auburn Tigers, 3:30 p.m., CBS

This is certainly the biggest no-brainer of the young season.

Evening

Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders @ #3 Georgia Bulldogs, 7:15 p.m., ESPN2

Loyalty is the most important thing. But if you find that it will only take you so far... You’d be forgiven for flipping back and forth to:
