Gameday Morning Open Comment Thread

It’s early in the morning here, just outside Athens, GA. It is the first of September and as far as I’m concerned it’s Autumn now. September means dropping temperatures and the beginning of the transition to fall foliage. September means both of my boys have a birthday coming up. But most of all, September means college football. On this particular September day (as well as most others), I don’t have much else on my mind.

Today, many of you will be making the first of many trips to the best damn town on the planet. Others will be partaking in that other great September ritual... setting up the smoker and preparing way more food than you and your family have any hope of eating. Regardless, I hope you’ll join with us as we set off together on this adventure.
