Occasionally UGA strength and conditioning coordinator Scott Sinclair posts a video to his Twitter account to spotlight one of his players’ effort during the offseason. Other times, he just wants you to understand that you’re not in as good a shape as you thought you were.

It’s the last fifteen degrees of flexion down and up there that separates the men from the boys.
