Georgia’s impressive ongoing recruiting haul for the class of 2019 got a kick of adversity thrown at it late Tuesday with decommitting of prize wide receiver commit Jadon Haselwood after initially committing to Georgia around 19 months ago.

Haselwood is not only the nation’s top-rated receiver, but third-ranked overall prospect. His defection drops Georgia’s 2019 class to four five-star commits,

He announced his decision, which also includes reopening his recruiting process, via Twitter.

Per DawgNation, he will visit Miami this weekend.

With Haselwood no longer in the fold, the door obviously opens for another receiver to join Dominick Blaylock in the signing class.

Stand by to see if Kirby and Company have something up their sleeve in the next 48 hours to counter the bad news...

Go Dawgs!
