Good afternoon, Dawg fans. It’s Homecoming Week, and much like Elijah Holyfield, we also haven’t forgotten about the Vanderbilt loss from 2016.

Before we line up against the Commodores, let’s catch up on what has happened around the league.

Here’s what’s happening around the SEC:

  • South Carolina quarterback Jake Bentley and wide receiver Bryan Edwards are dealing with injuries that and are listed as “day-to-day”. Bentley is also getting some heat about getting benched.
  • Speaking of quarterback changes, Nick Fitzgerald may be on the hot seat as Mississippi State’s quarterback, with Keytaon Thompson waiting in the wings.
  • Former Alabama coach Mike DuBose was hospitalized after he accidentally shot himself. Here is hoping for a speedy recovery.
  • The Kentucky hype train keeps rolling, with pundits on the SEC Network debating whether the Wildcats can win the East.

Until next time… GO DAWGS!!!
