For a school known as RBU, (insert your punchline about Holyfield’s underuse in Red Stick), Sunday was a day in that it made its name known in a big way.

Between Todd Gurley, Nick Chubb and Sony Michel, they combined to rush for 339 yards this past week.

At the rate that it’s going, some Dawg fans may have a tough time deciding which UGA running back’s jersey to eyeball this Christmas season.

Needless to say, Todd Gurley is having a big year, leading the NFL in yards (623) and rushing touchdowns (9), for starters. On Sunday, he racked up a career-high 208 yards.

The more the Rams keep winning, the better Gurley looks and the better Georgia looks to recruits.

The Patriots are using a strategy that served Georgia well. Feed Michel the rock. He rushed 24 times for 106 yards and was money in the red zone too, scoring two touchdowns.

He had some strong blocking up front as well via center David Andrews.

In that Patriots win over the Chiefs, Chris Conley caught a pass for 19 yards for Kansas City.

Reshad Jones had five tackles in a 31-28 win for Miami against the Bears. His two interceptions place him ninth in the NFL.

Roquan Smith led Chicago with 13 tackles and Leonard Floyd had four tackles, including this takedown as well...

Despite the loss to the Eagles, Alec Ogletree had a strong showing for the Giants with 13 tackles and Lorenzo Carter had one.

The Bengals fell 28-21 to Pittsburgh, but not without a valiant effort from AJ Green and his seven catches for 85 yards for Cincy’s whose offensive line again including Clint Boling and Cordy Glenn.

Shawn Williams and Geno Atkins also contributed on defense, having two and one tackles, respectively.

The Browns fell 38-14 to San Diego as Cleveland’s offense had 25 yards from Chubb and Orson Charles had a catch for eight yards.

Jordan Jenkins recovered a fumble and had a tackle for the Jets in a 42-34 win against the Colts, who were helped by a Cory Moore tackle.

Thomas Davis returned to play for the first time this season for Carolina, having six tackles.

Ben Jones again started at center for the Titans.
