Georgia Overview

Georgia took care of business in a game they were expected to take care of business in, defeating Samford 42-12.

Nick Chubb has over 100 yards on the ground for the first time all season, and freshman D’Andre Swift had something of a coming out party, rushing for 57 yards and a touchdown.

Next week, the Dawgs face a Mississippi State team fresh off dismantling LSU 37-7.

Movers

Fell Out: #18 Kansas State, #19 Stanford, #23 Tennessee, #25 UCLA

Newcomers: #17 Mississippi State, #22 San Diego State, #23 Utah, #24 Oregon

Overrated

#1 Alabama

Relax. The Crimson Tide are arguably the best team in the nation. However, with Clemson’s resume to-date, with wins over Auburn and Louisville, the Tigers should be sitting atop the polls at this point in the season, with the Tide close behind them at #2.

Underrated

Vanderbilt

The Commodores are off to a great 3-0 start that saw them upset Kansas State 14-7 in Nashville. The defense has allowed 13 points all season, and the offense has the ability to put up points behind QB Kyle Shurmur and RB Ralph Webb. Vanderbilt should have cracked the Top 25 this week.

This Week’s Top 25 Matchups

#16 TCU at #6 Oklahoma State

#17 Mississippi State at #11 Georgia

Upset Alert

Last week, I gave you two winners with Vandy over Kansas State as well as Cal over Ole Miss.

This week, I’m going with Arizona over Utah in a little Friday night #Pac12AfterDark
