Around the SEC

NCAA Football: Georgia at Notre Dame Matt Cashore-USA TODAY Sports

Good morning and Go Dawgs. I trust everyone has recovered from South Bend and have their eyes solely focused on Samford Between the Hedges. Keep choppin’, y’all.

Here is what’s happening around the SEC:

  • Nick Saban isn’t having any of your quarterback questions. He became irritated (shocker) when asked about his QB rotation for the game tomorrow. We’ll see how deploys both of them.
  • In other QB news, Florida is sticking with Feleipe Franks at QB against Tennessee. We’ll see if the week off does Florida any good.
  • In even more QB news, Texas A&M QB Jake Hubenak will miss the Aggies’ game against Louisiana-Lafayette, meaning freshman Kellen Mond will be responsible for the offense the entire game.
  • Gus Malzahn’s seat is growing hotter with every loss. Even notable alumni Charles Barkley has weighed in with his thoughts on the offensive woes for Auburn.

Until next time… GO DAWGS!!!
