Wednesday ‘Dawg Bites

You’ve made it. You’re halfway through the work week. To celebrate here are some of the best Georgia Bulldog football links out there on the Internet this fine morning.

For the time being freshman wide receiver Mark Webb is set to become freshman cornerback Mark Webb. Coach Smart indicated in his Tuesday press conference that the move actually took place a couple of weeks ago. It's all about the depth UGA has at wide receiver and the lack of depth of the cornerback spot with injuries to Malkom Parish and Aaron Davis. even though it does make sense for the numbers perspective, it is a little weird to see a consensus top 150 player changing positions this quickly after national signing day.

While Webb's Georgia career is just beginning, it appears that the Bulldog tenure of offensive lineman Sage Hardin is coming to a close. Hardin announced on Twitter that medical problems will be forcing him to cut his collegiate career short. We here at Dawg Sports wish Hardin all the best in his future endeavors.

And we can say the same for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, whose fans continue to demonstrate uncommon grace following their narrow defeat by the Georgia Bulldogs.

Finally, it’s never too early to laugh at the Florida Gators. Beat the rush.

That should get you started. Now go out and be the you Herschel would want you to be. And....

Go ‘Dawgs!!!
