NCAA Football: Georgia Spring Game Dale Zanine-USA TODAY Sports

It’s finally game week. Let’s catch you up on what you may have miss around the SEC:

  • The LSU-BYU game has been moved from Houston to New Orleans due to Hurricane Harvey. Football of course pales in comparison to the lives of those affected by the storm. Thoughts and prayers are with those in Southeast Texas.
  • Florida will be rocking a blue “color rush” jersey against Michigan in Arlington. Honestly, the bigger news is that Michigan is countering them with an all maize “color rush” jersey.
  • Alabama defensive lineman Raekwon Davis was shot in the leg Saturday night. Thoughts and prayers are with Davis for a speedy and complete recovery.
  • Florida State president John Thrasher thinks the Seminoles will beat Alabama “pretty bad” on Saturday. Come late Saturday night after the game, Nick Saban will have turned Thrasher’s comments into every living person doubted the Tide heading into the game.

Until next time… GO DAWGS!!!
