This is Friday Night Highlights, in which we catch you up on what went down with Georgia Bulldog commits and targets this week in the high school ranks.
Much as he did before the season started officially, Zamir White went nuts. 305 yards of total offense is a decent night for a tailback, no? Even with that, White’s Scotland County Fightin’ Scots fell to North Carolina powerhouse Mallard Creek, 28-21.
Elite quarterback prospect Justin Fields and his Harrison High teammates thumped East Paulding 44-14. Fields breezed to the endzone for a 50 yard touchdown run on Harrison’s first drive of the game:

Then he went to the air. Fields winged a 69 yard touchdown on his team’s second drive, the first of four touchdown passes on the night (he added a 75 yarder later). Fields’ stats on the night? 11 of 20 passing for 228 yards and 4 touchdowns, 12 rushes for 153 yards and 2 touchdowns. Wowza.
Recent Bulldog commit Elijah Moore reeled in a 70 yard touchdown pass to help St. Thomas Aquinas (FL) cruise to a 39-0 scrimmage victory over Dillard.

Aquinas will open the regular season next week against nationally ranked St. John Bosco of California.
Also, no major Bulldog targets were involved, but this happened during the Glynn Academy/Benedictine game amd you needed to see it. Go.....’Worms????
