We are just two weeks away from the first weekend of college football. Let’s catch up on what has happened this week in the SEC.
Here is what you may have missed around the SEC:
- Arden Key of LSU is not expected to play in LSU’s opener against BYU. The Tigers’ single season leader in sacks still appears to be hampered from offseason shoulder surgery.
- Mercedes-Benz Stadium announced Chick-Fil-A will be a vendor in the stadium. Besides the faux outrage about it still being closed on Sundays, this is great news for SEC fans traveling to Atlanta. Chick-Fil-A is the best. Don’t @ me.
- Florida has added a new electronic ribbon board to The Swamp. Fans can now see their winning score against Tennessee in a new way. Or their losing score against Florida State.
- Texas A&M unveiled a new alternate jersey they will wear against Mississippi State. As far as some alternate jerseys, these aren’t bad. At least they don’t look like Power Rangers.
Until next time… GO DAWGS!!!
