It’s time to celebrate the players who made the difference in each phase of the game, paving the way for Georgia’s 28-7 SEC Championship Game victory. Ladies and gents, your Most Valuable ‘Dawgs.
Offense- The offensive line. Jake Fromm had a nice game. The tailbacks managed a solid 238 yard effort. All of it was due to the guys up front. The Bulldog offensive line was manhandled and frustrated in the Athenians’ first game against Auburn. They turned things around completely in this one.
Goodness. This is filthy. pic.twitter.com/OfK2NC0LCW

Defense- Roquan Smith. Every time you think you can’t throw enough superlatives at Roquan Smith he has a game like this. Roquan the Damager was more productive in one afternoon than many players are in an entire season: thirteen tackles, ten of them solo, a sack, two tackles for loss, and two fumble recoveries. It was an unreal performance from an unreal football player.
Special teams- Daquan Hawkins-Muckle. The Westlake alum made probably the biggest play of his Bulldog career when he blocked a field goal attempt off the foot of the usually reliable Daniel Carlson.

It was a big momentum swing, especially for a Bulldog team that was clinging to a 10-7 lead and had just come up short on a third down conversion. Really, a huge play for the affable big man.
Hawkins-Muckle was living in the moment when he blocked Auburn’s FG attempt. Easily the biggest moment of the junior’s career thus far. #SECChampionship #UGAvsAU pic.twitter.com/WlBfmfcqmK
