First Quarter Open Thread: Turn It Loose.

Big games are often won by unlikely heroes. Given all that we have seen and all that we know, true freshman Jake Fromm putting the team on his back and running to victory seems unlikely.

Except that it might be the only path to victory. Georgia needs for him to take some pressure off the running game. Auburn is going to stack the line of scrimmage. They are going to try to confuse the freshman. He has to be on if the Bulldogs are to have a chance in this one.

And the fact is, 13 games into the 2017 season Jake Fromm is not a kid anymore. In a way, this is the first game of the rest of his Georgia career, a chance to be The Guy.
