This is just nitpicking, but I’m going to say Oklahoma is ranked just a little too high despite having Heisman trophy favorite Baker Mayfield. I still have concerns about their defense despite handling TCU last weekend, and would favor Clemson in a head-to-head matchup.

Underrated

#13 Penn State

Again, I don’t believe they are wildly underrated, and I actually don’t know what I believe in college football in 2017 anymore after this past weekend. But I do believe Penn State is one of the better two-loss teams in the nation and should be much closer to the Top 10.
