Winning Smart Victory Post #21

NCAA Football: Georgia at Florida
Our collective hats off to you Coach. Thanks for the epic memory!
Kim Klement-USA TODAY Sports

It is our intention to celebrate Georgia Bulldog Football Wins whenever and wherever they occur. The ugliness of any particular win is irrelevant for the purposes of the Winning Smart Victory Post. Yesterday’s Victory was anything buy ugly. Georgia delivered an epic beat down on Florida that will be remembered for generations to come.

It is therefore my deepest honor and privilege to bring to you this week’s edition of: Winning Smart Victory Post.

Coach Kirby Smart currently boasts a 16-5 record and a 0.762 winning percentage, having carded his Sixteen win overall after the Classic City Canines strolled out of Jacksonville having thoroughly embarrassed the Florida Gators with the big to remain undefeated. At the identical juncture in their careers:

Vince Dooley’s 21st game as head coach resulted in a Bulldog Win over Georgia Tech giving Coach Dooley a record of 13-7-1 and 0.643 percentage.

Coach Mark Richt was 16-5 (0.762) after losing to the Swamp Lizards during the 2002 season. This was his only regular season loss in 2002.

Twenty One games in to his head coaching career Kirby Smart is tied with Coach Mark Richt and ahead of Coach Vince Dooley by 2 ½ games. He’s holding his own versus two winningest coaches in Georgia Football History.

As always . . .

Go 'Dawgs!!!
