Georgia came out swinging against the Florida Gators, building the kind of lead they have yet to relinquish so far this season.
The Gator offense showed a little spark in the second quarter but couldn't get out of their own way, jumping offsides four times in a display of committed ineptitude.
Jake Fromm is a workmanlike 2 of 4 for 56 yards and a nice touchdown on a super-simple throw to Javon Wims. Run DMC (D'Andre, Michel, and Chubb) were rarely stopped and never for long, amassing 167 yards on 16 aggregate carries.
Georgia will get the ball coming out of the locker room, and so far this season that's meant a score. Here's hoping Jim Chaney avoids the urge to go conservative, and that the UGA defense talks a little about tackling.
Half a hundred isn't out of reach. But more than anything I just want to see the Gators eliminated from the SEC East race in October. Let's go!
