I’m not going to pretend it isn’t a very long time to Game Day because it is and it sucks. Best I can do is get you an update on the happenings to start the day.

• Wanya Morris may be currently committed to the Seminoles, but after Saturday night, he has Georgia On His Mind.
• Speaking of recruits, Adam Anderson is set to announce his commitment on Thursday. He was previously committed to Georgia, then LSU, now it appears to be Georgia with Bama having an outside chance. In any event, the first sentence in this article is my favorite and probably yours too.
• The betting line for the Cocktail Party is out and we’re favored by almost two touchdowns.
• Sports Illustrated thinks we’re making the case for two SEC teams in the playoff with a projection of Georgia to the Rose Bowl vs. Penn State
