Gameday Morning Open Comment Thread

I won’t belabor the point. It’s time to kick back and enjoy another beautiful Saturday in the South. It’s also time to watch our Georgia Bulldogs throttle another SEC East also-ran. This morning I find myself nestled on the shores of Lake Oconee for what is probably the last time with the family until the Spring arrives (I still come down several times in the Winter for my own personal peace of mind). As I look out at the still, calm waters and inhale the scent of roasting pork and Four Roses Single Barrel bourbon, I’m reminded that this is the calm before the storm. What storm you ask? Well to quote a modern U.S. political figure, I’ll just say “you’ll find out” (Spoiler: It’s the upcoming slate from Florida to Auburn).
