The Georgia Bulldogs’ next recruiting class just got an upgrade, and it didn’t even require a commitment.
Per Rivals, incoming freshman quarterback Jake Fromm is now a five-star recruit:

It’s debatable how much of a difference this will make, but it likely makes Georgia’s grip on the nation’s No. 3 class even tighter and, you know, perception is reality.
Fromm now sits at No. 20 on the Rivals 100 list, third among quarterbacks. He’s already on campus and things are looking up both for him and the Georgia football program.
