Well, not if you were Dabo Swinney. Luckily, one of the Clemson coach’s buddies called to cheer him up afterwards. At least, that's what Swinney thinks Spurrier was trying to do.
Say this for the Head Ball Coach: he was spot on about that ass-kicking from Texas A&M. And it turns out that Spurrier didn't so much need a way to stop Todd Gurley as find a way to get Hutson Mason called for intentional grounding. Sigh.
