We’re one day closer to the Georgia Bulldogs taking a trip to the good Columbia to take on the Missouri Tigers. Before we get to the game, though, we’ve got some trends to keep up with.

This may shock you, but right now Jacob Eason is getting prepared with the first team. Honestly, MaconDawg summed it up best yesterday, but here’s the latest from Seth Emerson.

Eason was going first in drills during the media viewing period of Wednesday’s practice. Greyson Lambert was going second, That doesn’t necessarily mean Eason is getting his second straight start; coach Kirby Smart said earlier on Wednesday that no starter would be decided until after Wednesday’s practice.

Emerson had a source that also pointed out that while Lambert was going during the media viewing drills on Tuesday, it was Eason who ended up with the most time with the first team.

No matter who is pitching the ball around on Saturday it looks like they will be without Riley Ridley. The freshman has played in the team’s first two games but has yet to register a catch. He was spotted with his right arm in a protective cast yesterday. Another receiver, Jayson Stanley, was in a black non-contact jersey.

Long snapper Trent Frix was out of his walking boot and in a regular practice jersey. He missed last week’s game due to a broken toe according to the SEC Network. Freshman Solomon Kindley saw some time with the first-team at right guard during Wednesday’s practice, a signal that another poor showing by the starters could lead to some changes.

If you’re up for a road trip, as of yesterday around 15,000 tickets remained for Saturday’s game. After some embarrassment on Twitter, Missouri announced plans to hold a flash sale for $25 tickets in its Tiger Deck. It’s fancy reserved seating, too.

‘Til next time... Go Dawgs!
