Georgia Overview

The Dawgs beat Nicholls State 26-24 in a game that was quite miserable.  Let’s just be thankful the unthinkable didn’t happen and move on and never talk about this again.

Georgia opens up SEC play next Saturday when the travel to Columbia to face Missouri.

Movers

Fell Out: #15 TCU, #22 Oklahoma State

Newcomers: #23 Florida, #24 Arkansas

Overrated

#5 Clemson

Clemson is still 2-0, but they are having some major issues to start the new campaign.  Deshaun Watson and company need to straighten things out before they get into the meat of their schedule.

Underrated

#24 Arkansas

The Razorbacks showed a lot of grit to pull off the upset of TCU, as predicted would happen in last week’s post.  They should have gotten a higher bump, as they could end up being one of the better SEC teams this season.

This Week’s Top 25 Match-ups

#2 Florida State at #10 Louisville

#1 Alabama at #19 Ole Miss

#12 Michigan State at #18 Notre Dame

#3 Ohio State at #14 Oklahoma

Upset Alert

Riding high off of last week’s correct Arkansas pick, I’m calling two upsets this week.

It’s one of those wacky Thursday night games where anything could happen, and I think Cincinnati is going to pull off the upset of Houston at home.

Secondly, the Trojans of USC will salvage their season and beat Stanford in Palo Alto.
