Former Georgia Bulldogs receiver Malcolm Mitchell continues to win accolades for his children's book, "The Magician's Hat."

You may have missed it over the weekend but Mitchell was honored by the Georgia Writer's Association as its author of the year. The current New England Patriots receiver has drawn praise for his book, which was passed out to every first grader in Athens-Clarke County, and has made several media appearances since its publication.
He's also become friends with Reese Whitherspoon through his love of reading. Oh, and he recently signed a $2.9 million contract with the Patriots.
