Georgia Bulldogs and Pittsburgh Steelers legend Hines Ward stays busy in his post-playing days. He has openly lobbied for a coaching role at UGA, and has now decided to weigh in on the quarterback battle at his alma mater.
Ward helped out at a satellite camp in Buford, and made it clear who he'd pick as the 'Dawgs starter.

"I say play him. Playing is the best experience he can get," Ward told 11Alive. "Just don't overwhelm him and give him too much. But being on the field, you definitely learn a lot faster than sitting on the sideline. You don't really get that experience by being on the sideline."
UGA head coach Kirby Smart says nobody gets the starting role until fall camp, but if Ward gets his way, it'll be the five-star recruit from Washington.
