How athletic do you want your offensive linemen to be? This athletic.

Cedar Grove High School just won a state title and UGA commit Netori Johnson celebrated in the way you would expect a 340 pound guard to do it.

By the by, I have every reason to believe that Johnson could contribute early in Athens. Not just because of his size (he’s real big) or strength (he’s pretty strong) or even his athleticism (cartwheels, fool), but his stamina. He and fellow commit Jordan Shaffer have each played both ways for the Saints every time I've seen them this year.

An underappreciated skill for freshman linemen is just showing up in good enough shape not to need emergency oxygen or a vomit bag during the first week of practice. If Johnson can keep himself conditioned over the summer, I like his chances to crack the rotation in 2017. If he doesn't, it will be because some guys on campus now got better and took his snaps. I'm okay with that outcome as well.

Go ‘Dawg!!!
