SB Nation’s latest bowl projections are out, and they have the Georgia Bulldogs taking on the Kansas State Wildcats in the Liberty Bowl Dec. 30.
Of course, it’s not the bowl ‘Dawg fans would have hoped for at the beginning of the season, but there are far worse destinations (yea, you know the one I’m talking about).
Kansas State is an interesting opponent and not just because it’s amazing that Bill Snyder still coaches at age 77.
The Wildcats are 6-4 and because of the wonky Big 12 schedule still have two games left against Kansas and TCU, so we could be looking at two 8-4 teams if this scenario plays out. And Memphis has pretty good barbecue, so why not?
