There’s really not a lot to say here. For Georgia to win this one the units which have struggled most this season (offensive line, secondary, all the special teams . . .) are going to have to at least play the Gators to a draw. If Georgia, against all odds, manages to find a running game against a stout Gator defensive front and wins the turnover battle I like our chances in this one. Florida’s been inconsistent this season, and catching them in some mistakes would go a long way to giving the ‘Dawgs a shot in this one. Ultimately, I think this one comes down to the run game.
If Georgia can get it going on the ground using some motion, misdirection, and athleticism to spring Chubb, Michel, and company that takes a lot of pressure off Jacob Eason. If Eason has more than one turnover in this one, I see almost no way for Georgia to come out on top. But if things fall just right, well, let’s not jinx it. Until later . . .
Go ‘Dawgs!!!
