Georgia Overview

It wasn’t pretty, but a win in Columbia is always great.  The Dawgs clawed their way to a 28-14 victory in a Sunday matchup against the Gamecocks.  We won’t talk about Eason’s performance, but rather let’s remember the work we did on the ground as both Nick Chubb and Sony Michel eclipsed 100 yards.

Georgia faces Vanderbilt on Saturday for Homecoming.

Movers

Fell Out: #15 Stanford, #17 North Carolina, #21 Colorado

Newcomers: #23 Auburn, #24 Western Michigan, #25 Navy

Overrated

#6 Texas A&M

Yes, the Aggies had a massive win against Tennessee, but they are not the sixth best team in the nation, especially after trying to give the win to the Volunteers.  They will get exposed when they face the Crimson Tide.

Underrated

#23 Auburn

It pains me to do this, but the Tigers are a very solid team.  Sean White has solidified his spot at QB, and the Tigers could easily make some noise in the SEC West this season.

This Week’s Top 25 Matchups

#1 Alabama vs. #9 Tennessee

#12 Ole Miss vs. #22 Arkansas

#2 Ohio State vs. #8 Wisconsin

Upset Alert

LSU and Florida didn’t happen, but I the Seminoles did take care of business against Miami.

This week, I’m taking Georgia Southern to go to Bobby Dodd and knock off Georgia Tech.
