Super Bowl 49: How To Watch and Open Comment Thread

Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

The football season essentially comes to an end this evening with the playing of the 49th Super Bowl. There's an unusually small Georgia Bulldog contingent, as only Seahawk Demarcus Dobbs will carry the red and black standard. As such, I personally will be rooting for the putative home team from the Pacific Northwest. That's just how I roll.

Kickoff is at 6:30 Eastern on NBC. Beyond that, the salient details are as follows:

Commercials: Of course the commercials are as big as the game, and the trend of releasing them before the game itself has really picked up in the past couple of years.  Marshawn Lynch's Skittles press conference commercial is all about that action, boss.
