Just beat Missouri. By one. By one hundred. On a boat. With a goat. In a house. With a mouse. With a furrier. Like you beat Steve Spurrier.
I think I speak for all of Bulldog Nation when I say that the only thing I really want to see in this game is a W. Just to get back to neutral. To wash the terrible taste of a game in which we were never really competitive and a game that never should have gotten competitive out of the collective mouths of those in red and black.
If they do that the 'Dawgs will have to do so without defensive leader Jordan Jenkins, who didn't practice this week and won't play. They should have at their disposal center Brandon Kublanow, and may have the services of return specialist/receiver Isaiah McKenzie, who was surprisingly dressed and with the team during the Dawg Walk.
No matter who's on the field, it's safe to say that winning this one is going to require putting the past couple of weeks in the rear view. Can the 'Dawgs do that? Do we even want to consider what happens if they don't? No. No we don't. So let's just beat Missouri.
