A little over a week later after receiving a commitment from '15 LB Juwan Taylor, the Bulldogs have added their 10th commitment for the class of 2015 from '15 CB Deandre Baker. Baker, from the state of Florida, checks in at 5'11, 175-pounds and has been clocked at a 4.50 in the 40-yard dash. Ranked as the 62nd best cornerback in the country, Baker is also considered the 102nd best prospect overall in Florida, and has decided to play for head coach Mark Richt.
Baker held offers from some of the bigger names in the college landscape, including Cincinnati, Clemson, Florida International, Kentucky, Mississippi State, Rutgers, Tennessee, UAB, Central Florida, Utah, and Western Kentucky. Top programs such as Alabama, Florida, and Miami were also interested in the defensive back, but hadn't yet sent an offer out.
Georgia is ranked 12th in the country based off of the 247Composite rankings, with several top commits in the class of 2015, including five-star athlete Terry Godwin.
